6 Month 6 On the day of the month, in this vibrant and energetic summer, we welcomed a significant event—the Jiangsu Second Normal University Innovation Talent Training Strategy Seminar. At the kind invitation of the District Science and Technology Bureau, our General Manager Ms. Zhang Yuanting attended the meeting, joining elites from government, schools, and enterprises to jointly explore new paths for industry-education integration.
At the meeting, Ms. Zhang Yuanting delivered a speech, deeply elaborating on the company's demand for talent and the requirements for future talents. She pointed out that with the rapid expansion of our business, the demand for high-quality talent is growing. To better adapt to market changes, we urgently need to establish close cooperation with educational institutions to jointly cultivate talents that meet enterprise development needs for innovative talents.

Through the joint efforts of multiple parties, our company and Jiangsu Second Normal University reached a cooperation agreement to jointly build a university student practice base. This initiative marks the official start of a new chapter in school-local-enterprise collaboration, injecting new vitality into the future development of Da Mao Niu.
The establishment of the practice base will provide students with a platform for practical operation, allowing them to develop skills and gain experience in a real work environment. At the same time, it also provides our company with a window to discover and cultivate talent, ensuring that we can absorb more outstanding fresh blood.
