On May 9, 2024, Zhanjiang Technician College successfully held the Annual Meeting of the Industry-Education Alliance for High-Skilled Talent Training and the School-Enterprise Cooperation Seminar. This conference was not only a platform for exchanging ideas and sharing experiences but also marked the beginning of a new chapter in school-enterprise cooperation.
Ms. Zhang Yuanting, General Manager of our company, delivered a keynote speech as a representative of new quality productivity. Ms. Zhang explained the importance of new quality productivity in the development of modern enterprises and how to cultivate more high-quality skilled talents through the deep integration of education and industry. 
At the meeting, Zhanjiang Technician College signed a school-enterprise cooperation agreement with Guangdong Damaoniu Company. This historic moment marked the official launch of cooperation between the two parties. Zhanjiang Technician College will open for Damaoniu Company "Damaoniu Craftsman Class," an innovative attempt aimed at targeted training and delivering professional talents to meet Damaoniu Company's urgent demand for high-skilled personnel. 
To ensure the teaching quality of the special class and the students' practical abilities, Damaoniu Company will regularly assign senior skilled talents from the company to teach at the school, directly imparting the most cutting-edge industry knowledge and practical experience to the students. At the same time, a practical training teaching base will be established at Damaoniu Company, Students of the "Damaoniu Craftsman Class" will also intern at the company during winter and summer vacations. This not only allows students to get early exposure to and adapt to their future work environment but also helps Damaoniu Company to reserve talents in advance for its two newly expanded factories. 
This cooperation is the result of joint efforts by both the school and the enterprise and is also a positive response to the national vocational education reform. We firmly believe that through this innovative cooperation model, more outstanding skilled talents can be cultivated for society, while injecting new vitality into the long-term development of Damaoniu Company.
