To expand production capacity and install customized energy-saving devices, the Damaoniu Production Department has launched a vigorous relocation campaign over the past half month, successfully moving some equipment and facilities from the main workshop into the newly built workshop.
With the surge in order demand, the layout of some equipment in the main workshop can no longer fully meet actual production needs. The next two months will be the busiest for the production department's maintenance team, as they need to install new equipment (weighing nearly 100 tons) in a very short time and accurately connect the supporting recycling pipeline facilities with high precision. Every step must be error-free.
The company's decision-makers attach special importance to this relocation campaign because it not only expands the main workshop production capacity by 2 times but also allows the company's heavily invested, independently patented energy-saving device to be smoothly installed. This achieves over 95% recycling of nitrogen—the core physical foaming production element—under ultra-high pressure. This innovative device not only directly reduces preparation process costs by more than 30% but also nitrogen production /pressurization/emission energy reuse efficiency has increased several times.
With the expanded production line and the installation of customized energy-saving devices, the Damaoniu production team feels like they have obtained a dragon-slaying sword, calmly handling the sharply increased orders. In the future, the company plans to replicate the "super factory" model as the core method for capacity expansion—vertically building one or more super factories for large-scale, highly standardized application fields.
