On June 26, Mr. Liao Zhixue, CEO of Taiwan Cichang Group, led the group's senior management team to visit Jiangsu Damaoniu New Materials Co., Ltd. for an inspection. The senior leaders of both sides had in-depth exchanges and discussions. Since then, the teams from both sides have continuously strengthened communication and deepened cooperation. Today, we have welcomed an exciting achievement — Damaoniu and Cichang Group officially signed a cooperation agreement in Vietnam.
On August 16, Mr. Liao Zhixue, CEO of Cichang Group, and Mr. Bai Peng, Chairman of Damaoniu, officially signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies and began preparing for the establishment of a joint venture factory.
As a leading enterprise in the field of ultra-high pressure and ultra-low density physical foaming new materials in the Asia-Pacific region, Damaoniu has won high recognition in domestic and international markets with its innovative technology and excellent products. The company holds multiple domestic and international invention patents. Its high-performance, environmentally friendly foaming technology and products are favored by many domestic and international brands in the footwear material field. In this signing cooperation, both parties agreed that Damaoniu will have exclusive and sole supply rights for mid-to-high-end mixed/pure physical foaming materials such as TPU, TPEE, and PEBA. The international delivery of Damaoniu's finished products will be exclusively completed by Cichang Group's overseas (joint venture) factory. This cooperation will not only enhance the global market competitiveness of both parties but also inject new advantages and vitality into the footwear industry development in Southeast Asia regions such as Vietnam and Indonesia.
