In order to implement the spirit of the company's high-quality development meeting, promote the optimization and development of various economic indicators in the workshop, fully leverage the broad workforce of the production department to drive the stable and rapid development of workshop production, improve the level of refined operations, and meet customer business needs, the Damaoniu Production Department has decided to carry out an employee skills assessment and evaluation activity in the workshop. The entire activity is fully participated in and supervised by company business colleagues.
A total of four process groups participated in this activity. After two weeks of preparation, the employees all put forth their highest level to participate in this skills assessment activity.
Through this skills evaluation activity, employees have gained a renewed understanding of their own skills, know where their weaknesses lie, and know where to make improvements. They also had deep interactions with business colleagues. It is believed that the unity of production and business will definitely bring satisfactory products to customers.
